1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using textinvoice.io (“TextInvoice”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use TextInvoice on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that business.
2. Service Description & Direct Payouts
TextInvoice provides software tools to draft, format, host, and deliver invoices, estimates, quotes, and vector PDFs. TextInvoice charges 0% platform transaction fees on your client invoices. Payments between your clients and your business occur directly through the third-party payment links or bank wire instructions you configure (such as Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, Square, or ACH/Wire). You are solely responsible for verifying the accuracy of your payment links, wire details, tax rates, and invoice amounts before sending.
3. Membership Plans & Billing
- Free Tier ($0/month): Includes up to 3 invoices per calendar month.
- Starter Tier ($9.99/month): Includes up to 15 invoices per calendar month.
- Unlimited Tier ($19.99/month): Includes unlimited monthly invoices and unlimited saved customer memory.
Paid subscriptions renew monthly via Stripe until canceled. You may cancel or change plans at any time; access continues through the end of your current billing period.
4. Transactional SMS Program Terms
When you sign in with your mobile phone number, text our invoicing bot, or trigger an SMS invoice delivery to a client who has consented to receive billing communications from your business:
- Program Purpose: One-time 6-digit authentication codes, conversational invoice creation replies, and transactional invoice/payment notifications.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel SMS messages from TextInvoice (+1 844-834-4555). After texting STOP, you will receive one confirmation text and no further SMS messages unless you re-initiate.
- Help: Reply HELP for assistance or contact support@textinvoice.io.
- Rates & Carriers: Message frequency varies by usage. Message and data rates may apply. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use TextInvoice to send fraudulent, deceptive, spam, or unauthorized invoices or messages. You represent that you have a legitimate business relationship and permission to contact any client email address or phone number to which you dispatch an invoice. We reserve the right to suspend accounts engaged in phishing, invoice fraud, or carrier abuse.
6. Tax & Accounting Disclaimer
TextInvoice calculates subtotals, discounts, tax rates, and balances based on your inputs, but does not provide legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are responsible for determining and remitting applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, or income taxes in your jurisdiction.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TextInvoice is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, and TextInvoice's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you to TextInvoice during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
